01Statement
The association provides equal access to all of its programmes, services, facilities and positions of responsibility regardless of race, ethnic or national origin, nationality, citizenship, language, skin colour, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or family status, pregnancy or parenthood, age, disability or state of health, religion or belief, political opinion, social background, property, or membership of any other group.
02Plot allocation
Plots are allocated exclusively in the order in which complete applications are received on the published waiting list. No priority is given for family relationship, length of residence, donation or acquaintance with any officer. The list is public and updated monthly.
03Accessibility
Two ground-level raised-bed plots beside the gate are reserved for members with limited mobility, and the main path is surfaced for wheelchair and walker access. Workshop materials are available in large print on request. Where a member requires reasonable adjustment to participate, the committee will make it.
04Language
The association operates in Czech. Written enquiries in English are answered in English, and volunteers assist non-Czech-speaking members at workshops where notice is given.
05Complaints
Any person who believes they have experienced discrimination in connection with the association may write to the supervisory commission at ahmeedmahmoudd612@gmail.com or by post to the address below. Complaints are investigated independently of the executive committee, answered in writing within 30 days, and reported in anonymised form to the next members' assembly.
06Enforcement
Discriminatory conduct by a member, officer or volunteer is a serious breach of the association's rules and is grounds for withdrawal of a plot and for expulsion from the association by decision of the members' assembly.
