Terms of Service

This website exists to inform the public about the association's statutory activity, to publish our reporting, and to allow members, volunteers, donors and partners to contact us. It is not a commercial platform and no goods or services are sold through it.

Conservation figures, planting counts and survival rates are taken from our own field records and the annual stewardship report. They are published in good faith and may be revised as monitoring data is completed. Management plan provisions and grazing calendars published here are summaries; the binding text is the version adopted by the members' assembly and filed with the competent authority.

Applications for membership are decided by the executive committee under the association's statute; submitting a form does not by itself create membership or grazing entitlement.

Donations are voluntary and, once received and applied to the statutory purpose, are generally non-refundable. If a contribution was made in error, write to us within 30 days and we will resolve it in good faith.

Volunteers participate at their own initiative. Field work takes place on steep, remote terrain. We provide a safety briefing and tools; participants must follow coordinator instructions and are responsible for their own suitable footwear, clothing and insurance.

Text, the association's name, emblem and photographs on this site belong to the association or are used with permission. You may quote and reproduce our reporting for non-commercial, educational or journalistic purposes with attribution. Commercial reuse of our emblem or photographs requires written permission.

Links to municipal, governmental or partner websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Albanian law, the association is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Tiranë.
